Release December 2022: Lists in Privacy
We introduce "Lists" in Privacy
We are excited to announce a new feature in our Privacy platform: "Lists." This feature is designed to help you more effectively manage your GDPR documentation.
With "Lists," you can create dynamic, customized overviews of your data processing activities, systems, data processor and supplier information, and more. You can select from a range of parameters available in Privacy and choose which columns to display, as well as apply filters to the content. You can save your list configurations and the data will be continuously updated as you make changes in Privacy.
In addition to creating your own lists, we will also be introducing standard lists that are required for GDPR compliance, such as lists of data processors and transfers to unsafe third countries. The "Lists" feature can also be used for ad hoc extractions, such as for supervision purposes or to provide specific overviews to management.
In addition to providing a convenient way to create customized overviews of your GDPR documentation, "Lists" can also help you stay organized and on top of your data processing activities. By being able to quickly and easily generate lists of specific information, you can ensure that you have a clear and accurate understanding of your GDPR obligations and responsibilities.
Furthermore, "Lists" can also be a valuable tool for demonstrating compliance with external parties, such as during audits or inspections. By being able to quickly generate relevant lists and overviews, you can provide the necessary documentation and information to demonstrate that you are meeting your GDPR obligations. Overall, "Lists" is a powerful and useful feature that can help you effectively manage your GDPR documentation and stay compliant.
Currently, you can use "Lists" to create overviews of sharings, processing activities, systems, and companies. Soon, we will also be adding the ability to export lists to Excel and access a number of standard lists.
If you have any questions or would like a demonstration of this functionality, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We hope you find this new feature useful in your GDPR work.
