Sales Executive for B2B SaaS Scaleup in Aarhus

We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our office in Aarhus to drive growth by selling our Compliance platform (SaaS) to new customers across different industries and company sizes.
About the role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales to new B2B customers. The majority of sales are done online from the office, but we also meet with customers when it makes sense. You will work closely with our product specialists to ensure that the solution meets the customers' needs, but you must also be able to present the product convincingly yourself.
Your work areas

Lead generation and management: Work with inbound leads, generate your own leads through networking, digital channels and attending conferences, as well as performing sales outreach.

Sales process management: Drive the entire sales process from first contact to closing deals, focusing on building trusting relationships and communicating our value proposition to potential customers in a competitive market, understanding the customer perspective and adapting your sales strategy accordingly.

Presenting solutions: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders such as General Counsels and Compliance Managers.

Closing the sales process: Drive negotiations and ensure a transparent sales process up to closing, as well as ensure a smooth transition to onboarding by the Compliance Success Team.

Results-orientated salesperson with high integrity: You are first and foremost a results-oriented salesperson who is motivated by achieving goals. You have a strong winning mentality and thrive in a competitive market. At the same time, for you, a sale is not just about closing a deal, but also about making sure it's the right solution for the customer that creates real value in their business. You know that the right sale leads to long-term relationships - for the benefit of the customer, the company and yourself.

Professional interest: While knowledge of compliance is not a requirement, it is important that you have a professional interest and desire to learn about an area that may seem a little ‘dry’. It's crucial that you can empathise with customers' challenges and needs.

Experience with B2B SaaS sales: It would be a great advantage if you have experience selling advanced SaaS solutions to professional organisations.

Strong communication skills: You are a skilled communicator who can also clearly explain how we are different from the competition. You can present solutions to complex problems in a compelling and easy-to-understand way, and you are fluent in Danish and English.

Eager learner with technological curiosity: You're curious, eager to learn and quick on your feet. You have a good technical understanding and are quick to learn new systems and utilise technology to work efficiently in your everyday life. You may have a ‘there must be a smarter way’ mindset.
