We’re excited to introduce our new mention component that enhances collaboration and organisation within our platform. With this update, you can now tag users and key entities directly in the comment field on a task, making it easier than ever to bring the right people and information into the conversation.
This feature allows you to tag a wide range of entities, ensuring that tasks are linked to the relevant compliance elements.
You can mention:
To mention a person or link an entity simply press @, #, or / and a dropdown menu will be appear. The menu will display the five most recently created entities in each category. You can also continue typing to search for a specific entity, which will appear in the list.
You can now notify team members who need to take action or stay informed about a task. When you tag a user, they will receive an email notification with a direct link to the task, ensuring they can quickly access and respond to it. This streamlines communication and ensures that important updates don’t get missed.
We’re already working on expanding this feature! Soon, you’ll be able to use the mention component across various areas of the platform, further enhancing collaboration and cross-referencing capabilities.
We’ve made it even easier to link relevant entities to your tasks! You can now add relationships directly from the relations box, giving you greater flexibility in managing task dependencies without needing to navigate elsewhere.
